Here are 3 KPIs I Track At My 36 Gyms To Ensure They Are Profitable And Growing…

KPI's are metrics you can track to ensure know how well your gym is doing.

KPI #1 - New Sales: Or how many new clients we are adding monthly. We make sure that we are adding more clients each month than we are losing so revenue isn't taking a nose dive. We aim for at least 15 high-paying clients per month paying us $300 per month.

Tip: To get sales you need leads and to get leads you need a great offer. Right now Advertising on Facebook, Signage, and Text & Email Reactivations are getting my gyms and our client's gyms the most amount of leads that turn into sales.

KPI #2 - Monthly Remits: Or how much our clients are paying us on a recurring/subscription basis. We aim to have this number be at least $30,000 a month at each of our locations.

Tip: The better experience you give your client, the longer they will stay with you, and the more they will pay you. This will increase your remits. What we did to immediately improve our customer experience was to offer custom nutrition & accountability coaching.

KPI #3 - Attrition: Or the number/percentage of clients you are losing each month. We strive to have this number be 3% - 4% each month, or under 50% annually. The lower this number the better! As this tells us our clients are having a hard time leaving.

Tip: The better experience you provide to the customer, the longer they will stay with you.

When I know these numbers, I can diagnose problems in my business and provide solutions to my team on how we can get those numbers up or down, depending on the KPI.

They are truly GAMECHANGING.
