Eighteen hours per week training:

Three one-hour training sessions in a block each morning on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

And three one-hour training sessions in a block each evening on Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday.

With up to eight clients per session.

As a result, you can handle training 144 individuals each week.

But, the average client will train two to three times per week,

Which leaves you with forty to fifty unique clients per week to train.

If your average client is paying you $49 per week (which is low),

Your monthly revenue will be between $8k to $10k.

It is that easy!

This revenue you can generate will enable you to hire more trainers.

Leaving you to handle other things to help your gym grow.
