Here's How We Attack Our Leads 👇

Last Monday, I sent a post on the line that helped increase our show rate by 10%!

I got one question that kept popping up from the email, so I thought I would further elaborate on it.

The question was:

1) What leads should I be calling first?

This is a great question, because if you have a CRM full of leads (like we do), you probably don't know where to start.

All our gyms are trained to call leads in the order the leads opt-in.

Meaning, you first call the leads that showed interest most recently.

For example, if I have a lead that opted in today compared to one that opted in 5 days ago, I am going to focus on the one that just opted in.

Why? Because they are hotter than the one that opted in 5-days ago.

Being fast with these leads is everything.

(MIT conducted a study that found you are 400% more likely to get in contact with a lead if you contact them within 5 minutes rather than 10 minutes after they opt in 😱. Wild.)

But, that does not mean you shouldn't call the one 5 days ago.

This is how we call our leads based on when they opted-in.

First Day They Opt-in
:

1) Double dial immediately after they opt-in (we double dial anytime we call to improve pick up rate!)

2) Double dial in afternoon if no answer.

3) Double dial in evening if no answer.

From Day 2 to 5 after the lead opted in, we call them at least once throughout the day.

(Remember every time we call, we double dial it increases your chances for them to pick up).

After these 5 days, we will continue to call these leads if we do not have too many new leads to call.

Because we want to prioritize leads that are WARMER, not COLDER!
