This line increased our show rate by 10%

At our 36 gyms, we are always trying to think of ways to impact more lives in our community.

Within our appointment setting script, we discovered a simple line that has helped us increase our show rate by 10%.

We call it the 'Reconfirmer.'

The 'Reconfirmer' is a simple line you put in at the end of your appointment setting script that gets the prospect more committed to the appointment you just set.

It frames the appointment as if it were a doctors appointment.

Because we all know, no one would no-show a doctor.

The line goes like this:

"So (first name), could you do me a favor? These slots are so in demand, they’re usually out more than they’re available. If an emergency pops up where you can’t make it - could you give me a call or a text, so we can book this for someone else in line?"

You are making it seem like this appointment is limited, while at the same time framing it to where they should only cancel if an emergency pops up…

Exactly like a doctors appointment.

Because let's be real, these appointments we are setting are just as important, if not more important!

This helped us increase our show rate by 10%, which increased our revenue and enabled us to change more lives.
