Should Your Trainers Be Selling Training?

Yes & No.

It all depends if you have consistent lead flow at your gym.

If you don’t, then you need any and all efforts you can get to grow.

Because if you don’t, then your trainers aren’t gonna have a job soon.

Or anyone to train.

But if you do, then you should have:

Your managers sell (or yourself selling).

And…

Your trainer's train.

Why?

Because…

Simple scales and fancy fails.

What is gonna happen if you have your trainers:

Sell new people walking through your door?

And…

Train your clientele?

Your closing % will plummet.

Which will result in less sales, less revenue, & less people impact in your community.

And…

Your clients will not get the attention they need to get the result they signed up for.

Which will result in more clients canceling, attrition skyrocketing, revenue lost, and WOM decreasing.

So remember...
